Get a Coach

Thank you for supporting our ambitious coaching initiative.

"The coaching process was honestly amazing. Before I started my life was unorganized and very stressful. During the process I created systems with the help of my coach that made school less stressful. I would recommend it to any student!"

" I never felt judged by her during our sessions but nor did I feel let off the hook too easily. She knew exactly when and how to challenge and motivate me, while always remaining warm and compassionate"

- Henry S.

" She listened and encouraged me to see who I wanted to become. She guided me to identify what my motivations were, what I wanted to achieve, begin to set weekly goals, and to put in place the actions that I needed to do each day. I am so grateful to have Rebecca as my coach."

- Helga

" The coaching process was very smooth and extremely effective. I learned how to goal set with my coach Rhea, who would frequently check in on me outside of our meetings to see if those goals were being met. I felt supported and heard in every single meeting and am now able to goal set on my own. 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend."

- Sanjana U., 17

" Having a coach was more than just a conversation—it was a friend, listener, and mentor all in one. When beginning my self-improvement journey, I didn’t think that these sessions and goal-setting exercises would truly help me; yet, I stand corrected. Every session focused on debriefing my progress and discussing what I could do to keep moving forward."

" It is not always easy to open up to your parents when you're stressed, but having a coach gave me an outlet to express those feelings. I felt safe, supported, and, most importantly, heard. I will never forget the difference coaching made in my life, especially during the stressful years of high school."

Our Impact

Having Rebecca as my coach helped me feel supported during some of the most challenging situations in my life. Before working with her, I would often react impulsively when problems came up because I didn’t always know how to process what I was feeling. Rebecca gave me a safe space to talk through those situations and helped me think about them in a different way. Because of her guidance, I learned how to pause, reflect, and make decisions that were better for me instead of reacting in the moment. She also helped me see more possibility for myself by reminding me of my strengths and helping me recognize how much I am worth. The biggest benefit of having a coach was knowing I had someone who genuinely believed in me and helped me grow into a more confident, thoughtful, and resilient person.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a growth promoting relationship which elicits motivation, increases the capacity to change and facilitates the change process through visioning, goal setting and personal accountability.

A coach helps you uncover (1) your unique motivation for starting or sustaining a certain behavior (I want to do it); and (2) your sense of self-efficacy (I can do it) .

Coaching is not consulting. Consultants provide expertise - they tell you what to do.

Coaching is not teaching. Teachers provide information based on what they or others think is important - they tell you what to know.

Coaching is not mentoring. Mentors provide directed guidance - they tell you how to do something.

Coaching is not therapy. Therapists focus on problems - they diagnose and treat, so that you can be without illness.

Coaching focuses on THRIVING! Coaches get you from where you are now to where you want to be!

You DESERVE a coach if:

  • You are having a hard time concentrating, stopping yourself from scrolling, or staying motivated in school.

  • You want to develop new hobbies, join a club or make new friends but feel too intimidated to try.

  • You know you need to exercise, change your diet or take medication reliably and you just can’t get yourself to do it.

  • You feel like you are just going through the motions every day, doing what everyone tells you to do, disconnected from what matters to you; and, you feel like you don’t have any time to figure out what might matter to you anyway!

  • You feel like everyone else is living a great life and leaving you behind, but you feel stuck or powerless to do anything about it.

  • You want to THRIVE in high school and not just survive high school.

Design Your Life

  • Personalized 1:1 Coaching

Personalized, one-on-one coaching gives teens and young adults a dedicated space to think, grow, and move forward. Our trained coaches help participants clarify what matters, navigate challenges, build healthier habits, and turn personal, academic, and professional goals into meaningful action—with encouragement, accountability, and respect for each person’s agency.

  • Group Coaching Shared Experience

Our interactive group programs bring young people together to explore the questions and capacities that shape their lives. Topics such as finding purpose through ikigai, making confident decisions, practicing courage, and becoming more comfortable with discomfort help participants gain practical tools while learning through reflection, conversation, and shared experience.

  • Experiential Programs

CoachMe2 experiential programs help students turn powerful ideas into meaningful action. Drawing from leadership science, behavioral science, neuroscience, positive psychology, and evidence-based coaching, these programs give teens opportunities to explore who they are, practice new skills, test ideas in their own lives, and learn alongside other motivated students. We create these experiences because young people need more than information to prepare for the future—they need opportunities to develop the human capacities that will help them adapt, connect, make thoughtful decisions, and move forward with purpose.
